La Nardi Viticoltori, a well-established family-run estate, is nestled in the picturesque setting of the gentle hills of Chianti Classico. Its privileged location is at the foot of the quaint town of Castellina in Chianti, a short distance from Siena, the charming City of the Palio, and the magnificent Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance.
The estate spans over forty hectares, with ten of those dedicated to vineyards prestigious registered in the Chianti Classico denomination. The remaining land is divided among lush olive groves, cultivated fields, and the traditional farm that houses the breeding of prized Chianina cattle and pigs of the renowned Cinta Senese breed.
The Nardi family, tireless guardians of their land, has been committed for generations to preserving the values and ancient traditions that permeate this territory. The Vineyards
The yield per hectare, admirably contained, is key to achieving the highest quality excellence. Among the cultivated varieties, the Sangiovese with its red berries stands out, along with its historical clones, accompanied by traditional grape varieties such as Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, Colorino, Malvasia Nera, and Merlot.
The white berry vines, with elegance and dedication, welcome the Trebbiano Toscano, the Malvasia of Chianti, and the refined Chardonnay.
With an unwavering loyalty to the roots of tradition, all crucial phases, from pruning to harvesting, are carried out with artisanal care, hand in hand with respect for practices passed down over time. The Cellar
